The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) has officially welcomed two new members to its University Council. Sr. Dr. Prisca Kobisingye has been appointed to represent the University Senate, and Mr. Moses Tindyebwa has joined as the Guild Representative. The introduction took place in the university library, where council members and administrators gathered to acknowledge and support their entry into the institution’s highest governing body.

Their inclusion strengthens USJM’s commitment to inclusive leadership, academic representation, and student participation in decision-making processes. As the university continues to "Foster Excellence and Integrity," the addition of these capable and dedicated individuals is a significant step toward enriching governance and promoting shared responsibility.
