Complete guidelines on how to apply online at USJM.
Before you start
Prepare the items below to complete your application faster.
- Valid email address and phone number
- Names exactly as they appear on your academic documents
- Academic results (O'Level / A'Level or equivalent)
- Programme choice and intake details
- Payment details for application fees (see sidebar)
Step 1: Account creation
1 Click Sign Up and enter your names, email, and phone number.
2 A system password will be sent to your email address.
3 Log in using your email and that password.
Tip: If the password delays, try logging in using your registered phone number (where supported).
Step 2: Fill the application
Select your scheme (e.g., Diploma or Undergraduate) and click Apply Now. Complete these sections:
- Personal Details: name, address, and contacts
- Education: academic results and institutions attended
- Program: programme choice (e.g., Bachelor of Mass Communication)
- Sponsorship: sponsor details (if applicable)
Final step: review your data, declare the information valid, and click Submit.
After submitting
- Keep your login details safe for tracking and future updates.
- Ensure your phone number/email remain active for communication.
- If you need help, use the contact options in the sidebar.
