University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility Programme

The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) is participating in the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, which offers an exciting opportunity for three (3) USJM students to study abroad for one semester at the Powiślański Academy of Applied Sciences (PAAS) in Poland, from 22nd February to 20th June 2027.

Applications are invited from qualified USJM students who meet the following requirements:

Eligibility and Application Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Be a second-year student pursuing a programme in a business-related field, including BBA, BSBA, BSPLM, BHRM, or a social sciences programme, including BSWASA, BMCJ, BASS, or BPSAM.

2. Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.49.

3. Write a motivation essay of 1,000 words, using a single-spaced format, Times New Roman font, and font size 12.

4. Justify the selection of the Powiślański Academy of Applied Sciences as the preferred host institution.

5. Possess a valid passport or be able to acquire one by 15th November 2026.

6. Be capable of applying for a visa, obtaining insurance and meeting all related travel requirements. Applicants must also be medically fit to travel and study abroad, with evidence from medical personnel.

7. Submit a recommendation letter from the respective Head of Department and Faculty Dean.

8. Submit a support letter from a parent or guardian.

Application Procedure and Deadline

All applications should be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Resource Mobilizer at USJM. Applications must reach the office not later than 15th November 2026.
