USJM Congratulates H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on His Swearing-In as President of Uganda

The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) extends heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni upon his swearing-in as the President of the Republic of Uganda.
